Milton 2E25F.3a 25¢ Experimental Second Issue PCGS Choice About New 58.Printed on yellowish-tan fiber paper. Not to be confused with the common experimentals of this type. Uncancelled, and without the purple "SPECIMEN." The holder has a totally incorrect Milton number on it. This is a good opportunity for a serious fractional collector to obtain an example of an uncancelled fractional experimental.
