Description
M2E10R.4 10¢ Second Issue Experimental PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.Printed on fiber paper and of the style as the back of a regular issue Fr. 1249 note. Superbly centered and wonderfully fresh with the typical two half-moon cancellations and the purple "SPECIMEN" across the center. PMG notes an as made corner wrinkle. It is difficult to decipher PMG's Pop Report for fractional experimentals but PCGS has only graded a single one better.
