Fr. 1314SP Milton 2S50R.1d 50¢ Second Issue Back Specimen Inverted Surcharge PCGS Apparent About New 53.This back Specimen has normal engraving, but the "50" surcharge is inverted. Only two of this number were known when the Encyclopedia was written. It was given an apparent grade due to a minor edge nick at the top left, and the lower, left corner has been severed.
