Fr. 1290 25¢ Second Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.The surcharges on the back are easily readable on this well margined example that is one of only two Fr. 1290 notes graded at the 66 EPQ grade level with none higher by PMG. We auctioned the other PMG 66 EPQ piece in September 2013 for $1,645. Our current offering easily has the better bronze ring centering of the two, and the ring has retained much of its reflectiveness.
