Description
Fr. 1289 25¢ Second Issue PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.A striking example of the scarcest variety of the 25¢ Second Issue type, this note, printed on fiber paper, exhibits bright paper and vibrant colors including clear and unoxidized bronze design elements. From a series not noted for having good centering, this note is above average.
