Fr. 1288 25¢ Second Issue PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.A much better sleeper variety with this note showing some of the most clearly-defined surcharges we can recall having seen. Two large margins and two smaller ones account for the grade. A little over a year ago, we sold a PCGS 64 (No PPQ) for $763.75.
