Fr. 1286a 25¢ Second Issue Slate Back PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.This is a nicely margined example of the variety of Second Issue Fractionals where the purple back is now a dark gray without a hint of purple. The back surcharges (S-18-63) are light but fully readable.
