Fr. 1286 Milton 2R25.3f 25¢ Second Issue Inverted Surcharges PCGS Apparent About New 50.Only five examples of this invert were known to exist when the Milton Encyclopedia was published, and no new ones have surfaced. It was given an apparent grade due to edge damage and a tape repair. This was lot 789 in the Friedberg sale.
