Fr. 1286 25¢ Second Issue PCGS Banknote Choice Unc 64.PCGS Banknote observed a very faint "S" surcharge within the shield. Therefore, the "18-63" surcharges were also lower than usual and they were cut off when the sheet was cut. Pinholes and adhesive residue are mentioned on the PCGS Banknote holder.
