Fr. 1283 Milton 2R25.1d 25¢ Second Issue Inverted Back Surcharge PCGS Apparent Choice New 63.This inverted back surcharge note was lot 786 in the Milt Friedberg sale and realized $412.50. At that time, there were 5 known and now the number is probably seven. The third party grading service gave it an Apparent grade due to minor mounting remnants.
