Fr. 1233 5¢ Second Issue PCGS Gem New 66.
An unusually nice example of a Second Issue 5¢ Fractional. This number is extremely common up through the 63 grade, but hard to find as a Gem and particularly as a 66. PCGS has graded 93 of these, with only four at the 66 level.
