Fr. 1232 Milton 2R5.1h 5¢ Second Issue Inverted Back Engraving and Surcharge PCGS Extremely Fine 40.Notes of the Second Issue with inverted back engraving are rarer than the inverted surcharge notes. This example was lot 774 of the Friedberg sale and 16163 of the O'Mara Auction. Unlisted when the Milton Encyclopedia was first published, this piece was found in time to be listed in the 2000 update. No new examples have surfaced, and none were in Ford.
