Fr. 1232 5c Second Issue PCGS Gem New 66PPQ. A common Second Issue Five Cent note, but Second Issue notes at 65 and above are all highly desirable items. PCGS has graded only two at this level, with one higher. And PMG has graded no Fr. 1232 higher than 66. A very pretty note that clearly has earned its grade.From The Thomas M. Flynn Collection
