Description
"CSA" Watermarked Paper PCGS Gem New 65PPQ.A well preserved single "CSA" watermark on paper that was captured by the USS Mercedita in April 1862. The Treasury Department purchased most of the Rebel "CSA" watermarked banknote paper. The paper was used to print Fractional Currency Specimens of the Second and Third Issues.
