Fr. 1374 50¢ Fourth Issue Lincoln PCGS Apparent Very Fine 25.This Lincoln has been given an Apparent grade by the third party grading service due to small edge tears at bottom left. Only one tear is clearly visible through the holder and it does not detract from the note.
