Milton S15R.1a 15¢ Fourth Issue Specimen Back PMG Uncirculated 62. This very rare Proof almost certainly traces its pedigree to the block of nine that appeared as lot 1101 in our January, 1997 Friedberg sale. That sheet was cut after the sale and the notes divided among the then-active collectors. This is one of the better examples, with only minor mounting traces on the back.
