Milton 4P25R.1 25¢ Fourth Issue Back Proof PCGS Apparent About New 50.All proofs of the fourth and fifth issues of Fractional Currency are rare. This back proof was mounted on a card and has been removed. The third party grading service gave it an Apparent designation due to that damage, which does not detract from the appeal of the note.
