Fr. 1303 25¢ Fourth Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.A scarcer number of the Fourth Issue Twenty Five Cent type is in this lot. PMG has graded 179 examples with just four at the 66 level, and a lone 67. According to Track & Price, of those five high-grade examples, only this piece has been publicly offered since 2013. This is a brightly colored, well margined Fractional with a bold blue right end.
