Fr. 1301 25c Fourth Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. While this is a very common note up through the lower circulated grades, it is extremely hard to find this nice. To this date, PMG has graded only this single 65 EPQ with just one piece higher. The numbers are certain to go up, but for this Friedberg number they will not be going up fast.Auction Info
