Fr. 1269 15¢ Fourth Issue PCGS Gem New 65PPQ. To date, PCGS has graded 53 Fr. 1269's, with seven at this level and not a single piece higher. The blue-end paper on this 15¢ note is very bold and contrasts beautifully with the large red seal.
