Fr. 1261 10¢ Fourth Issue Gem New. This variety has the slightly smaller seal (38mm versus 40mm) and the heavy profusion of blue fibers at the right end as an anticounterfeiting device. It's well margined, unusually bright and perfectly centered both face and back. Est. 125up
