Milton 1E10F.2 10¢ First Issue Cardboard Proof PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. Printed on cardboard that is extremely similar to Bristol board, the note has an inexplicable, perfectly round hole punched out of the upper-left-hand corner.
