Fr. 1310 50¢ First Issue PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.Three of the margins on this scarcer first issue note are enormous with the fourth being much tighter. Great color and bold printing contrast make this a real eye appealing piece to behold. The green sheet ask is $345 in this grade and that is ridiculously low in light of current market conditions.
