Fr. 1281 25¢ First Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. Incredibly bright, with obvious original paper surfaces and ideal ink and paper colors. Out of 214 examples that PMG has graded as of early November, only two notes graded higher than 66 EPQ. Needless to say, this number is very difficult to locate above the level of the currently offered piece.Auction Info
