Fr. 1279 25¢ First Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. Fully perforated and very well margined, with great color and excellent centering of both sides. We're going to guess that there is a minor defect of some sort which is not visible through the holder, as the appearance of the note is certainly in excess of the assigned 66 grade.From The Frederick Mayer Collection
