Fr. 1231 5c First Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.Heritage has never sold a 66 of this number from any grading service. The half dozen 65 EPQ's that we have sold are all in a tiny price slot between $920 and $1050. In fact, PMG has not graded a single example above the 65 EPQ grade. The colors and paper quality are Superb. Only the margins do not quite support the 66 EPQ grade.
