Description
Fr. 1230 5¢ First Issue Vertical Strip of Four PCGS About New 50.Bright yellow inks are in stark contrast to the rich brown colors on this vertical strip that has a few small pinholes. The top and bottom notes appear to have folds through the body, but the middle two notes seem to grade closer to some CU grade with some "as made" wrinkling through them.
