Description
Fr. 1229 5c First Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. Fully perforated on three sides, but the top edge has shallow perfs at the right and tapers down to a straight edge at the left. The colors are excellent as is the paper originality. In the photograph it will appear that the left and right perforations are not complete; however, with the note in hand it is clear that they are. Little circular discs formed by the perforation machine have failed to fall out in a number of places creating the appearance of an imperfectly perforated piece.Auction Info
