Fr. 2003-B $10 1928C Federal Reserve Note. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.Although the New York district is the most common from this issue with 2.9 million printed, this is still a very desirable note in an uncommonly seen grade. The margins are broad and almost perfectly centered with excellent lime green inks and lovely paper surfaces.
