Description

Fr. 2114-L $50 1969 Federal Reserve Notes. Gem Crisp Uncirculated. A wonderful three note set, with each piece consecutive. The first note features a shifted third printing, which has an inspector's red pencil rejection mark on the right side. The second note is absolutely normal. The third note shows a much more pronounced third printing shift, along with the inspector's red pencil rejection mark at the right end. Over that is an inspector's red tape rejection flag. How these escaped the BEP is anyone's guess, but they make a scarce and striking trio sure to become a favorite of their new owner. (Total: 3 notes)
