Fr. 2077-L $20 1990 Federal Reserve Notes. Extremely Fine-About Uncirculated. A slightly shifted third printing has caused the first of this pair to be cut into the design at the top, showing a sliver of the next note at the bottom. The other note is close at the top but shows nothing at the bottom. Est. 75-125
