Fr. 1619* $1 1957 Silver Certificate. PCGS Gem New 65PPQ.A most elusive replacement note error displaying a skewed third printing which is down and to the right. The margins are very large and the originality without question. A red inspection crayon mark did little to alert the inspector to this error.
