Fr. 1984-E $5 1995 Federal Reserve Note. PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ.An almost perfectly margined example from the Richmond district displaying just two barely discernible digits in the serial number. One of the nicest examples from this run discovered in the late 1990's we have had the chance to offer.
