Fr. 2070-E $20 1969C Federal Reserve Note. Extremely Fine. A most unusual note which has a dark 99% face on back offset with middle part perfectly printed and lacking any trace of the offset, suggesting that there was an obstruction present which prevented the offset from being printed in that area.
