Inverted Back Error Philadelphia, PA - $5 1929 Ty. 1 The Philadelphia National Bank Ch. # 539 PMG Choice Very Fine 35.This evenly worn error $5 spent some time in circulation before someone realized that this example has an inverted back and was put aside. It is a plate letter L example, therefore, the back has an extra wide bottom margin that reveals a small paper guide line marker in the lower right corner.
