Fr. 2075-L $20 1985 Federal Reserve Note. PMG About Uncirculated 55 EPQ.This $20 FRN has a missing overprint; one color. The green Treasury Seal and serial numbers are missing although the black district seal is present. This is a scarcer missing overprint error.
