Fr. 1915-E $1 1988A Federal Reserve Note. Crisp Uncirculated.Most of the top half of the face did not get printed on this $1. This probably ties in with the lateral center tear that nearly reaches from the district seal to the Treasury Seal. This is a most striking error.
