Description
Minor Cutting Error Fr. 2005-H* $10 1934 Federal Reserve Star Note. PCGS Banknote Gem Unc 66 PPQ.The top edge is immediately above the frame line, while one paper guide line marker is located in the middle of the broad bottom margin on this plate letter C St. Louis $10 star. A vertical paper guide line marker hugs the lower right corner, too. This cutting error was discovered before this star entered circulation and it was well taken care of. These actions preserved the note's natural paper wave. All error star notes are highly prized.
