Fr. 1911-E* $1 1981 Federal Reserve Star Note. PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ.A very unusual cutting error is found on this Richmond FRN. Not only is it a rare error on a Star note but this example is from the A1 position meaning it was the top note on the sheet resulting in the counter number of the sheet appearing in the top margin.
