Description
Inverted Third Printing Error Fr. 1914-B $1 1988 Federal Reserve Note. PMG Extremely Fine 40 EPQ.This New York note is an example of a Type II inverted third printing error. Type II inverts came into being with the 1981 Series as the BEP began to trim the selvage paper from the top of the sheet prior to the third printing.
