Wrong Color Ink on District Overprint Error Fr. 2077-B $20 1990 Federal Reserve Note. PCGS Very Fine 20.The district seal and district numbers are the wrong color on the overprint as they are a dark green instead of the usual black. We have offered only a few of these wrong color ink third printing errors over the years. Fountain ink contamination is the culprit that causes this error type according to a Secret Service letter that discussed another note with this same type of error that we have offered in the past.
