$500 FRN with Gutter
Fr. 2202-G $500 1934A Federal Reserve Note. PMG Uncirculated 62.In 2007 we featured a St. Louis $500 that had a gutter fold that ran along the bottom of the back of the note. That piece, a VF, realized $2,185. This piece is a fully Uncirculated piece with a gutter completely bisecting the back design. PMG indicates discoloration which may actually be toning of the paper.
