Fr. 2030-? $10 1990 Federal Reserve Note. Gem Crisp Uncirculated. A most interesting note from the Florida collection which is not your typical foldover error. Here the foldover, which affects the left side of the note, is on a note where the right side did not receive any part of the third printing, indicating that the sheet somehow was turned with the third printing on the left having been meant for the right side of the note.
