Multiple Black Overprints Error Fr. 1930-F $1 2003A Federal Reserve Note. PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ.Multiple impressions of the third printing occurred on this note, each with less and less ink, perhaps suggesting a mechanical malfunction rather than full, new impressions. The impressions are delightful, with three seals and many sixes from the Atlanta district numbers moving down the note.
