Description
Doubled Print Error Fr. 1911-H $1 1981 Federal Reserve Note. PMG Choice Very Fine 35.The second print is doubled, which is the first face printing. The separation between the two printings is enough to read two different distinct face plate numbers at lower right. Those two face plate numbers are A571 and A573. The greater the disparity in the alignment of the two printings, the more dramatic and more valuable the error. A great example of this better error type is found in this lot.
