T63 50 Cents 1863 PF-21 Cr. UNL PCGS Banknote Choice Unc 63.Deeply embossed serial numbers and bright pink paper are characteristics of this problem free T63. Evidently, the ink utilized to print the black elements of the design did not dry fully when the red machine printed serial numbers were applied, as black and red ink smears appear in the serial numbers as well as the area surrounding them at right.
