T59 $10 1863. Cr UNL PF-24IB InvertThe discovery of this note in 2005 has allowed for another of this rare and desirable error to be available to collectors. A touch of staining is the reason for the split grade assigned. This becomes only the second such error of its type. Fine-Very Fine, CC.
