T56 $100 1863 PF-3 Cr. 402.A very attractive, well-embossed example of this Confederate $100 that has an "actual date of issue" stamp of NOVEMBER, 1863 (although the PMG holder says SEPTEMBER). The central vignette is of Lucy Pickens, the wife of the Governor of South Carolina. The portrait at lower right is Confederate Secretary of War George W. Randolph. PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ.
