T39 $100 1862 PF-13 Cr. 294 PMG About Uncirculated 53.
This darkly and sharply printed note has bright paper and is fully framed. The note was issued to the field on November 5, 1862, by Thaddeus Sanford, Depositary in Montgomery as evidenced by his round rubberstamp entry. In addition, there are two scarcer black Tallahassee, FL, IP stamps paying interest to January 1, 1864, and 1865. A pinhole is found within the train vignette.
