T8 $50 1861 PF-2 Cr. 15.This PMG Extremely Fine 40 EPQ example is missing the frameline at top and right, and carries a comment on back "Pen Ink", which should be typical of the times, when people used an ink well and fountain pen. Ballpoint pens were not perfected until the 1940's, thanks to the Biro brothers.
